•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Councilwoman Bieber to contract with Systems East, Inc. to provide credit card services for the Town of Royalton. 

•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Councilman Rehwaldt to authorize TVGA Consultants to act as the official Grant Writers for the Town of Royalton.  The fees will be percentage based on the actual grants written, as opposed to an annual fee. 

•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Supervisor Lang that the Town of Royalton authorizes the advertisement of the Gasport Drainage Project along Emerson Avenue in the Hamlet of Gasport and furthermore authorizes the Town Engineer, (TVGA Consultants), to provide construction administration and inspection services for the referenced project. 

•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Councilman Budde to authorize the repurchase of two (2) cemetery lots in the Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery from a lot owner that no longer wants them. 

•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Councilman Rehwaldt to authorize the purchase and installation of a computer server for the Town Hall offices, not including the two (2) Justice Courts.  The cost of this project is not to exceed the $6,000.00 budgeted amount.  The equipment will be purchased from Dell through the state bid pricing on the OGS contract.      

•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Supervisor Lang to make a line item transfer FROM A3510.4 Control of Dogs,  Contractual account TO A3510.1 Control of Dogs, Personal Services account in the amount of $10,000.00.  The transfer is necessary due to the DCO being paid on payroll for the 2008 budget year.  The original budget had the funds in the contractual line instead of the personal services line. 

•Ø       Resolution sponsored by Councilman Budde to hire a part-time clerk to work on a temporary basis for the two (2) Justice Courts. 

•Ø       Resolution for permission to pay the bills.

Materials to be provided to the Town for review of the application:

    1. A diagram of the property showing metes and bounds (a copy of a

survey of the property would be preferable).

    2. A report from an engineer hired by the applicant showing the

existing grade, the proposed culvert pipe (length and diameter),

proposed finished grade of the pipe, connections on either side of

the pipe (i.e. to existing culverts or open ditches), and an opinion

that the proposed project will be sufficient to carry the water from

a 50 year storm event. Stone, pipe and appurtenances to meet

 

Town's specifications.

 

    Application Fee: $__ to be paid at the time of application.

 

    By signing this application, the applicant agrees that he will pay the

reasonable fees incurred by the Town to have the applicant's engineering report

reviewed by the Town's Engineer. If the application is then approved by the

Town Board, the applicant agrees that the culvert and appurtenances will be

installed pursuant to the final approved plans and specifications and that he will

pay the reasonable fees incurred by the Town in having the installation

inspected for compliance with the approved plans and specifications, including

final grading and seeding of the property. The applicant also agrees that after

the culvert and appurtenances are installed, he will maintain same. If the

culvert is not maintained, and after notification by the Highway Department,

any costs associated with cleaning out/removing the culvert pipe by the Town

Highway Department shall be paid for by the property owner and if not paid,

charged back to the property with a tax.
